30 days prior to the start of a camp, cancellation will result in a 50% refund, to cover expenses of the camp. Cancellations within 30 days of camp will result in forfeiture of the entire camp fee.

If weather prohibits the Camp from occurring as intended, the other facilities on site will be used to complete the remainder of the camp. If all other facilities are unable to be used, then a refund of 70% will be returned. If the camp is canceled outright due to weather, a full refund will be provided. 

No, Carpenter Baseball Camps will not provide food due to several factors, yet water will always be provided.
