Shaine Carpenter is the Assistant Coach and Recruiting Coordinator at Washington College. Carpenter previously served as the assistant coach/recruiting coordinator at the University of Bridgeport (Bridgeport, CT) for two seasons. He acted as the hitting coach and worked with the catchers and outfielders on the defensive side of the ball. Prior to his time at Bridgeport, Carpenter was the assistant coach at Emmanuel College (Franklin Square, GA.) from August 2018 through January of 2021. He performed as the catching coach and was also the Junior Varsity Head Coach. Carpenter was a three-year varsity letter winner at Saint Anselm College (Manchester, NH) in the Northeast-10 Conference (DII) and played one season at Mercy College (Dobbs Ferry, NY) in the East Coast Conference (DII).Carpenter was a three-year varsity letter winner at Saint Anselm College (Manchester, NH) in the Northeast-10 Conference (DII) and played one season at Mercy College (Dobbs Ferry, NY) in the East Coast Conference (DII). Carpenter earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from Mercy College in 2018 after attending Saint Anselm College for three years. He went on to earn a Master of Sports Administration (Coaching Theories and Strategies) from Petrocelli College (Fairleigh Dickinson University) in May of 2020.
