Carpenter Baseball Camps strive to provide a beneficial educational experience while also allowing players of all ages to interact with members of the Washington College Baseball Staff.
Instructional Showcase camps allow prospective student-athletes to be evaluated by members of the Washington College staff, as well as interact with members of the current Washington College team. These camps are meant to allow student-athletes who are interested in Washington College to showcase their skillset in-front of all members of the coaching staff. With the maximum amount of participants being 40 players, each prospective student-athlete will have a fair opportunity to be seen.
Every camp will include the following segments: metric portion, including a 60 time, max vertical jump, and max broad jump, offensive and defensive showcases, which will include exit velocities and positional velocities, and a live game. Each camper will receive all metrics recorded at the camp for future use. These camps will also include a brief campus tour and a recruiting question and answer portion with the coaching staff.
Youth camps are meant to provide great direction for younger athletes and build a solid platform for continuing baseball learning. During these days, players will be able to be coached by both the Washington College Coaching staff, as well as members of the current Washington College team. This is a great opportunity to learn from high quality student-athletes which will result in a fun, yet challenging learning experience for all campers.
